Inspections & quotes
Roof inspections and quotes are given free of charge. If the scope changes once work is underway, we'll agree any change in price with you before continuing.
Access
The customer is responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the roof, including any scaffolding requirements agreed in advance.
Materials & waste
Unless agreed otherwise, waste materials from the job are removed as part of the price. Materials chosen by the customer are confirmed before ordering.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed at the time of quoting. Please contact us directly if you have any questions about an invoice.
Insurance & liability
We are fully insured for the work we carry out, and take reasonable care to protect property while working.
